Getting a unique business address with Mississippi Registered Agent is a simple process:
1. Sign up in a few minutes
First, go to the order form and choose between Deluxe Mail Scanning (10 mail scans), Premium Mail Scanning (25 mail scans), and Virtual Office (unlimited mail scans + a business phone line).
2. Complete PS Form 1583 in your online account
After you sign up, you’ll be prompted to complete PS Form 1583 in your online account. This form is required by the USPS to verify your identity and confirm you give us permission to accept and forward your mail.
No need to print or mail anything yourself. Just fill out some basic information, upload your ID and proof of address, and we’ll do the rest.
3. You receive your unique business address
Once the USPS has accepted your paperwork, we’ll send you your business address and suite number. You can then start using this address on your website, business cards, formation paperwork, and most other places.
4. Our local staff sort, scan, and upload your mail in-house
Our staff open and scan your mail the same day it arrives. We then upload it to your secure account and send you an instant notification that you have a new mail item to view.
5. We filter out your junk mail
We don’t waste your time by uploading junk mail to your account. All obvious junk mail is shredded immediately.
6. View your mail from anywhere in your client portal
